Our innovative HEARTFIT gym membership starts with a personal wellness assessment outlining your health status, where you need to be health wise, and safe recommendations to improve your health. We then design an individualized fitness program to help you achieve your goals. Our gym is medically supervised and participants in our HeartFit gym membership are allowed to exercise whenever we are open. We want you to get fit in a safe, supportive environment.
