Introducing the New Year’s Baby: A Newborn Girl Brings Joy to the New Year!

As the world celebrated the arrival of 2025, a special new addition arrived at Newberry Hospital. On January 3rd, the hospital welcomed a beautiful baby girl named Laylani. This little one not only brings joy to her family but also holds the proud title of the first baby born in the New Year at Newberry Hospital!

 

As the first baby of the New Year, the family received a warm welcome, including a beautiful gift basket donated by the Alpha Delta Kappa Education Sorority, handcrafted keepsakes, and other essentials from the hospital. It’s a tradition that’s been part of the New Year celebrations at the hospital for many years, and it always brings a smile to everyone involved.

The New Year’s baby represents hope, new beginnings, and endless possibilities, much like the year ahead. As her parents embark on this incredible journey of parenthood, they’re filled with joy for what the future holds.
