Basic Functions

The Director of Human Resources plans, organized and directs all aspects of the Human Resources function for the Hospital to include employment, compensation, employee relations, benefit administration, policy and procedure administration and Employee Health functions. The HR Director assists with establishing and maintaining a competitive salary and benefit package, managing employee and employer relationships, maintain confidential personnel files on all employees of the hospital, coordinates and oversees employee surveys and results, instrumental in training of staff and orientation, maintain hospital human resource policies, and heads up Employee Rewards and Recognition Committee.


Minimum Requirements

Applicant must have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree; prefer Master in Human Resources; MBA. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Healthcare HR Management position. Strong leadership and communication skills. Able to work effectively with Executives, Physicians, Department Directors, Clinical, Nursing Personnel, Community Leaders, Governing Board Members, Housekeepers, Administrative assistants and different levels of customers.
