HIM-2016-0001-Director; FT- Applicant must have a minimum of two years HIM management/supervisory experience; required ICD 10 and CPT knowledge; required. RHIA or RHIT required. Current knowledge of HIPAA, The Joint Commission standards, legal, coding & transcription procedures required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous Meditech and 3M (HDM, CAC, and CRS) experience preferred. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer the Director of Health Information Management will be accountable for the daily operations of HIM processes including: coding, transcription, release of information, chart analysis/completion, and vital records. The Director of HIM has primary responsibility for all functions of Health Information Management (HIM) and Coding, which includes: budgeting, monitoring, planning, directing and overseeing all policies and procedures related to Health Information Management. This individual will operate in compliance with federal, state, and hospital accrediting and regulatory agencies. The Director of Health Information Management is also designated as the hospital Privacy Officer for all hospital owned entities. As Privacy Officer, the Director of HIM oversees privacy related activities and responsibilities including implementing, monitoring, investigating and enforcing hospital policies & procedures, conducting educational programs, and ensuring ongoing hospital wide compliance.

EMER-2016-0015-Director FT- Registered Nurse with current SC, BSN License. Current BLS and ACLS & PALS certification required. Minimum of (2) yrs. nursing supervisory experience in an acute care hospital setting required. The candidate must be able to lead change. They would have responsibility of the budget with oversight from the CNO. The candidate is responsible for staffing and management of personnel assigned. This person would also do all reviews and evaluations of the team. The candidate would need to have a proven track record of leadership. They must be a good mentor and trainer. They must be able to communicate well with the team. They will be responsible for overseeing the utilization of all resources, for performance improvement and operations, and for providing a safe environment. The candidate will manage and direct staff to ensure cost and quality is maintained as well as improve patient satisfaction and actively participate in outstanding customer service. OR-2016-0003-RN PRN-Applicant must have a license to practice as a RN in SC. Current BLS certification; at least 6 months nursing experience in an acute care setting; 1 year surgical experience. The RN working in the operating room and the recovery room will have the knowledge of current trends and techniques in preoperative nursing. Applicant must work effectively with physicians, patients and peers.

LITMTN-2016-0006-Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant; FT- Applicant must have 1-3 years of experience working in a physician practice setting preferred. DIAG-2017-0013-Radiologist/CT Tech PRN- Applicant must be a Registered Radiologic Technologists required; registered CT Tech preferred; BLS required and at least 1 year experience. Performs a wide variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment, with integrity and initiative while providing quality services in a personal healthcare environment.

EMS-2016-0006-EMT-P PRN- Applicant must be SC certified Paramedic with focus on continuous education through in-services, seminars, & in-house Education. Must have ACLS, PALS and BLS certification required. Provides basic and advanced life support to the critically ill and injured, transports patients.

LAB-2016-0009-MLT (PRN as needed)-Applicant must have an Associate degree from a MLT program required, or eligible for ASCP registry. Minimum of 1 year experience preferred. The MLT performs various clinical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Receives or obtains specimens for lab analysis.

LAB-2016-0011-MLT OR MT; (FT-4p-12:30a) - Applicant must have a MLT program in an accredited institution required, or eligible for ASCP registry. Minimum of 1 year MLT experience preferred. The MLT performs various clinical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Receives or obtains specimens for lab analysis. Must maintain and record Lab results and quality control in all areas.

PHAR-2016-0006-Pharmacy Tech PRN- Applicant must be a high school graduate or equivalent; preference given for pharmacy technician school graduate. Knowledge of drug names, pharmacy math and sterile technique. 1 year hospital experience including unit dose and IV admixture is preferred. The Pharmacy Technician works under the direct supervision of a pharmacist at all times. Position is responsible for reading, interpreting and recording drug orders.

Holds routine responsibility for special assignments beyond the scope of staff pharmacist in areas of quality control and administration assigned by Director of Pharmacy. PHAR- 2016-0011-Informatics/Clinical Pharmacist (FT; 8a-4:30p) - Applicant must be a graduate of an ACPE Accredited school of Pharmacy or equivalent. Currently licensed to practice Pharmacy in the state of SC. Must have 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred. 2 years of Informatics experience preferable with Meditech Client Server. Helps participate in special projects as requested. Knowledge of age specific competency, inventory control management skills, knowledge of dosage requirements and precautions for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric acute care patients. This individual is responsible for assuring the successful implementation/maintenance of Meditech’s pharmacy applications (modules) and other clinical applications that interface or involve pharmacy. Also this person is responsible for ongoing training and clinical enhancements involving the pharmacy and pharmacy related modules. Specific responsibilities include keeping the Pharmacy Director informed of all events affecting the overall functionality of the Meditech pharmacy applications. Any related Bar Coding applications, Infusion pump applications, Building and maintaining all applicable pharmacy related dictionaries and planning for training/testing.

DIET-2016-0004-Dietary Cook FT (5:30am-2pm)-Applicant must have prior food service experience desired. Applicant must have ability to communicate in both written and verbal English. Work well under constraints; apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions. Position will adhere to all dietary restrictions in preparation of all items. Preparing menu items using established food production systems, follow recipes and other production information to complete preparation of assigned menu items. Position performs other tasks as needed to facilitate workflow in kitchen and food area.

EMER-2016-0003-RN; PRN- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; must be licensed as a registered nurse in the state of SC. Current BLS, ACLS, & PALS certification required. Clinical care experience in an acute care environment required. Under the supervision of manager, prescribes interventions, delegate’s tasks, and coordinates care. Also, gives direction and supervision to ancillary staff and gives individualized patient care.

REHAB-2016-0002-Rehab Services- (PRN) Physical Therapist/ (PRN as needed) Physical Therapy Assistant- Must have a Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.  Applicant must be licensed in SC.   BLS certification required, or must obtain within 60 days of employment.  Position is responsible for the optimal patient care by planning, organizing, and implementing a physical therapy program including assessment.

REHAB-2016-0005-Group Fitness Instructor-(PT)-Applicant must have exercise leader certifications and BLS required. Prior experience preferred. To lead effective Yoga and Aerobics exercise classes for those clients at the Wellness Center.

REHAB-2016-0011-Speech Language Pathologist (PRN as needed) - Applicant must have a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology; current or eligible for license in Speech Pathology. BLS certification required; certificate of clinical competency in speech language pathology or eligible for CFV. Provides optimal speech-language pathology services to include evaluation, treatment, planning, and patient/family education and discharge planning for patients.

REHAB-2016-0012-Physical Therapist FT- Applicant must have a current or temporary licensure or eligibility for licensure in SC. BLS certification required. Prior clinical Physical Therapy experience preferred. Position administers optimal patient care by planning, organizing, and implementing a physical therapy program including assessment, evaluation, documentation and treatment for individual patients referred by attending physician. Will assists with review and development of department and program policies and procedures and with the supervision/education of other staff.

HOUS-2017–0012-Housekeeper PRN as needed-Applicant must be able to read and write. High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Prior institutional housekeeping experience preferred. The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning patient rooms, bathrooms and offices.
