LITMTN-2016-0006-Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant; FT- Applicant must have 1-3 years of experience working in a physician practice setting preferred. New and experienced qualified applicants are welcome to apply for this position. PA licensed to work in the state of SC required or graduate degree of Nursing (NP). Possession of a licensure in the state of SC as a RN and Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber or Physician Assistant. NCCPA Certification required. Current DEA registration, BLS, ACLS required. Little Mountain Family Health Center provides primary medical care and preventive health care services for patients, as well as establishes and maintains effective relationships with patients. Our Physician Extenders act as key decision-makers and are responsible for patient evaluation, interpretation, diagnosis, and prescribing of appropriate medical and therapeutic measures within an onsite clinic setting. LITMTN-2017-0009-Clinical Lead LPN; FT (8a-5p) - Applicant must have a LPN licensure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Leadership experience preferred in directing and managing clinical staff. Must have the ability to act independently, make decisions, and initiate clinical duties under all conditions. The Clinical Lead LPN must provide patient care and supervises the day to day activities of the practice and patient care. Keeps Hospital Administration up-to-date on all activities as appropriate. Assists in establishing and monitoring patient care standards and provides technical expertise to the clinical staff; perform related work. Must ensure clear, concise and current written policies and procedures are available to assist the staff and minimize risk factors. Enforce compliance with policy and procedure, as applicable. Determine staffing requirements and patterns, based on scope of services, complexity of patient acuity and fiscal resources. Establish and manage staff schedule. Must train to operate all areas of the clinic including front desk operations, clinical operations, administrative operations, lab, etc. Provides clinical care 75% of the time. Maintain PAR level of supplies and reorder as needed.

REHAB-2016-0012-Physical Therapist FT ($15,000 Sign on Bonus & $15,000 Retention Bonus) - Applicant must have a current or temporary licensure or eligibility for licensure in SC. BLS certification required. Prior clinical Physical Therapy experience preferred. Position administers optimal patient care by planning, organizing, and implementing a physical therapy program including assessment, evaluation, documentation and treatment for individual patients referred by attending physician. Will assists with review and development of department and program policies and procedures and with the supervision/education of other staff.

REHAB-2017-0016-Physical Therapy Assistant FT ($2,500 Sign on Bonus)- Applicant must be licensed as a PTA in the state of SC, BLS certification required. Greater than 1 year experience as PTA preferred. With direct supervision of a licensed physical therapist, the Physical Therapy Assistant administers optimal patient care by planning, organizing, and implementing a physical therapy program including assessment, evaluation, documentation and treatment of individual patients referred by attending physician.

REHAB-2017-0018-Speech Language Pathologist FT; weekend rotation- Applicant must have a Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology; current or eligible for SC state license in Speech Pathology. BLS certification required, or must obtain within 60 days of employment. Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech Language Pathology. Prior clinical experience in Speech Pathology preferred. The Speech Language Pathologist provides optimal speech-language pathology services to include evaluation, treatment, planning, and patient/family education and discharge planning for patients with disorders of communication, deglutition and cognition as a team member within a rehabilitation environment. Participates in department program development and operations. All assessment and treatment media, approaches and techniques will be appropriate and specific to population served.

WELLNESS-2017-0001-Certified Wellness Trainer Team Leader; FT- Applicant must have a certification in Wellness and a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Must be CPR certified. ACLS preferred. The Team Leader works Phase II, III, and IV HeartFit clients under the direction of the Director of Cardiopulmonary Rehab/Wellness. Develops and advances exercise prescriptions using physician recommendations and medical records. Conducts exercise sessions, responsible for blood pressure checks, pre and post exercise. Exhibits effective communication skills responsibility and vision for Wellness in our community. Develops educational materials, reports equipment problems. Is responsible for program development in the community, industrial and employee wellness efforts. Encouraged to write grants, promote and offer additional ex classes, personal training, and special events and increase community participation in the Wellness Center. Applicant will be responsible for utilizing gym management software to its fullest extent, including monthly invoicing and monthly reporting.

REHAB-2017-0020-Physical Therapist/Physical Therapy Assistant; (2-PRN’s) - Must have a Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.  Applicant must be licensed in SC.   BLS certification required, or must obtain within 60 days of employment.  Position is responsible for the optimal patient care by planning, organizing, and implementing a physical therapy program including assessment.

REHAB-2017-0021-Rehab Aide; PRN (weekends/evenings) -Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent required. BLS certification required. The rehab aide will assist the therapist with inpatient rehab prep area, patient setup and clean up on weekends. Work fitness desk and gym on evenings and weekends.

EMS-2017-0017-EMT Paramedic; PRN- Applicant must be SC certified Paramedic with focus on continuous education through in-services, seminars, in-house hospital education, and technical schools, with focus on improved patient care topics/paramedic course. ACLS, PALS, and BLS certification required. The Paramedic provides basic and advanced life support to the critically ill and injured, and transports patient(s) to a medical facility.

NEWB-2017-0001-RN New Beginnings/Labor & Delivery; FT (7p-7a); ($5,000 Sign on Bonus)-Applicant must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, have a current RN license is SC, current BLS certification and NRP. Clinical experience in an acute care setting preferred. Minimum of two years’ experience in labor and delivery.  Under the supervision of the Director or Charge Nurse prescribes interventions, delegate’s tasks, and coordinates care of assigned patients. Give direction and supervision to ancillary staff and gives individualized patient care. In doing so, uses the nursing process with age appropriate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. The RN must work effectively with the physicians, patients, and peers possessing tact, discretion and diplomacy. Must demonstrate leadership and the ability to work under pressure.

IT-2017-0002-Interface/Programmer Analyst; FT- Applicant must have a Baccalaureate Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field or Associate Degree and 5 years related experience. Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL server, Microsoft Access, Light experience with Oracle, Sybase, DB2, and open source database platforms, experience with both Microsoft Windows and Unix-type operating systems, SML, ODBC, and JDBC. Strong problem solving skills and inherent decision making ability. Working with knowledge of HL7 standards, project management skills, strong dedication to deliver quality customer service in a timely manner, good human relations and oral/written communications skills in technical and non-technical areas. Experience with FTP and other transfer protocols and 1-2 years PC and network support experience. This position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining all hospital interfaces. Responsible for the development and ongoing support of custom report queries as needed for interfaces to external vendors. This position is responsible for the identification, analyzation and resolution of all interface related issues and problems.

PATAC-2017-0020-Registrar PRN hours varies- Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent. The Registrar ensures that complete and accurate patient account information is collected and entered into the hospital record. Verifies patient insurance information and collects and/or makes arrangement for payment for services. Provides exceptional customer service and works with other departments to ensure the needs of the patient(s) and family are met. Provides coverage for all areas of Registration/PBX and must be able to work all shifts, holidays and weekend shifts. Excellent computer and typing skills, insurance and/or medical office experience strongly preferred.

Under the supervision of the charge nurse or nurse manager/supervisor, prescribes interventions, delegates tasks, and coordinates care if assigned patients. Gives direction and supervision to ancillary staff and gives individualized patient care. In doing so uses with nursing process with age appropriate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.

EMER-2017-0027-ED Tech; FT- Applicant must have a completed Nursing Assistant/Technician program or must be a Nursing student who has successfully completed fundamentals of nursing. Must have Emergency Department work experience; preferably EMT. Under the supervision of the LPN, RN, Nurse Manager/Supervisor, will provide individualized patient care using age appropriate skills.

DIAG-2017-0016-Radiologic/CT Technologist; PRN- Applicant must have ARRT certification in Radiology SCRQSA certification, and/or Limited SCRQSA license, & BLS certification. CT registry not required. They must perform X-Ray procedures, complete computer documentation, checks for appropriate diagnosis, willing to train for CT if not already trained. Keeps imaging supervisor advised of availability. Must work at least two shifts per month and one holiday per year.
