(2) RN (FT-36) 1-7p.-7a. & 1- 7a-7p.  Current license to practice as RN in the State required.  Current BLS certification required.  ACLS preferred.  1-3 yrs. clinical experience in an acute care environment preferred.  High level of inter personal skills needed in order to ensure patient cooperation with the medical and nursing plan of care.

Little Mountain Family Health, LPN or Medical Assistant (8a-5p M, Tu, W & F; 8-Noon on Thursday) To assist in intake, vital signs, record documentation, LAB draws and processing, assist with calls and return calls.

 (1) RN-OR Nurse OPERATING ROOM (FT-6:30a-3p; plus call) 5,000 Sign on Bonus & 5,000 Retention Bonus-Current license to practice as an RN in the state of SC. Current BLS certification. At least 6-months nursing experience in an acute care setting; 1 year surgical unit experience. The RN working in the OR and recovery room will have the knowledge of current trends and techniques in perioperative nursing as evidenced by the credentialing of the department. RN must work effectively with the physicians, patients & peers possessing tact, discretion, and diplomacy.

Emergency Department-(1) ED Tech (FT;7p-7a)-Applicant must have a completed Nursing Assistant/Technician program or must be a nursing student who has successfully completed fundamentals of nursing; current BLS certification required. Clinical experience in an acute care nursing environment preferred. Must have the ability to problem solve, cope in high stress levels, and use interpersonal skills.  Under the supervision of the LPN, RN, Nurse Manager/Supervisor, will provide individualized patient care using age appropriate skills.

Emergency Department- (1) Director (FT)Registered Nurse with current SC, BSN License.  Current BLS and ACLS & PALS certification required.   Minimum of   (2) yrs. nursing supervisory experience in an acute care hospital setting required. The candidate must be able to lead change. They would have responsibility of the budget with oversight from the CNO. The candidate is responsible for staffing and management of personnel assigned. This person would also do all reviews and evaluations of the team. The candidate would need to have a proven track record of leadership.  They must be a good mentor and trainer. They must be able to communicate well with the team.  They will be responsible for overseeing the utilization of all resources, for performance improvement and operations, and for providing a safe environment.  The candidate will manage and direct staff to ensure cost and quality is maintained as well as improve patient satisfaction and actively participate in outstanding customer service. Relocation assistance provided.

Emergency Department (2)-RN (FT; 7p-7a)-Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; must be licensed as a registered nurse in the state of SC. Current BLS, ACLS, & PALS certification required. Clinical care experience in an acute care environment required. Under the supervision of manager, prescribes interventions, delegate’s tasks, and coordinates care. Also, gives direction and supervision to ancillary staff and gives individualized patient care. In doing so uses nursing process with age appropriate assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Ambulatory Care-(1) RN (PRN-7a-3p)-Applicant must be a graduate of a school of nursing; current license to practice as a RN in SC; current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Clinical experience in an acute care environment preferred. Under supervision of charge nurse, prescribes interventions, delegates tasks, and coordinates care of assigned patients. Gives individualized patient care while utilizing the nursing process.

Respiratory-Respiratory Therapist-(1) (FT-36 7p-7a)-Applicant must have a current BLS & RRT certification required; ACLS preferred. The respiratory therapist must provide high quality respiratory care to patients. 1-2 years acute care experience preferred. Administer oxygen, aerosol treatments, ventilator management, incentive spirometry, and MDI.

Patient Access-PBX Switchboard Operator(PT-24 hrs/week (2:30p-11p during the week and 9a-9p on the weekends.  Days will be rotating).  Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent excellent typing/computer skills, communication skills; excellent customer service skills. Answers all incoming calls and operating the paging system in a timely/accurate manner.

Rehab Services-Physical Therapist (PRN as needed)- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.  Applicant must be licensed in SC.   BLS certification required, or must obtain within 60 days of employment.  Position is responsible for the optimal patient care by planning, organizing, and implementing a physical therapy program including assessment, evaluation, documentation and treatment for patients referred by attending physician. Applicant must assists with review, and development of department and program policies, and procedures and with the supervision/education of other staff. All assessment and treatment media, approaches and techniques will be appropriate and specific to population served.

Rehab Services-Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN as needed)-Applicant must be a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of SC; BLS/CPR certification required. Greater than 1 year of experience as a PTA preferred. Works with direct supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA administers optimal patient care by planning, organizing, and implementing physical therapy including assessment, evaluation, and documentation.

Rehab Services Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant(Part-Time/PRN as needed)-Applicant must be a graduate of an AOTA approved occupational therapy assistant education program; completion of a minimum of 2 months supervised fieldwork experience; completion of the licensure process for the COTA. Current licensure in the state of SC. Greater than 1 year experience as a COTA preferred. BLS certification required.  Works with direct supervision of a licensed occupational therapists, the COTA administers optimal patient care by planning, organizing, and implementing an occupational therapy program including assessment, evaluation, documentation and treatment.
