LITMTN-2016-0006-Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant; FT- Applicant must have 1-3 years of experience working in a physician practice setting preferred. New and experienced qualified applicants are welcome to apply for this position. PA licensed to work in the state of SC required or graduate degree of Nursing (NP). Possession of a licensure in the state of SC as a RN and Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber or Physician Assistant. NCCPA Certification required. Current DEA registration, BLS, ACLS required. Little Mountain Family Health Center provides primary medical care and preventive health care services for patients, as well as establishes and maintains effective relationships with patients. Our Physician Extenders act as key decision-makers and are responsible for patient evaluation, interpretation, diagnosis, and prescribing of appropriate medical and therapeutic measures within an onsite clinic setting. REHAB-2016-0012-Physical Therapist FT ($15,000 Sign on Bonus & $15,000 Retention Bonus) - Applicant must have a current or temporary licensure or eligibility for licensure in SC. BLS certification required. Prior clinical Physical Therapy experience preferred. Position administers optimal patient care by planning, organizing, and implementing a physical therapy program including assessment, evaluation, documentation and treatment for individual patients referred by attending physician. Will assists with review and development of department and program policies and procedures and with the supervision/education of other staff.

REHAB-2017-0016-Physical Therapy Assistant FT ($2,500 Sign on Bonus)- Applicant must be licensed as a PTA in the state of SC, BLS certification required. Greater than 1 year experience as PTA preferred. With direct supervision of a licensed physical therapist, the Physical Therapy Assistant administers optimal patient care by planning, organizing, and implementing a physical therapy program including assessment, evaluation, documentation and treatment of individual patients referred by attending physician.

NEWB-2017-0001-RN New Beginnings/Labor & Delivery; FT (7p-7a); ($5,000 Sign on Bonus) - Applicant must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, have a current RN license is SC, current BLS certification and NRP. Clinical experience in an acute care setting preferred. Minimum of two years’ experience in labor and delivery.  Under the supervision of the Director or Charge Nurse prescribes interventions, delegate’s tasks, and coordinates care of assigned patients. Give direction and supervision to ancillary staff and gives individualized patient care. In doing so, uses the nursing process with age appropriate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. The RN must work effectively with the physicians, patients, and peers possessing tact, discretion and diplomacy. Must demonstrate leadership and the ability to work under pressure.

IT-2017-0002-Interface/Programmer Analyst; FT- Applicant must have a Baccalaureate Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field or Associate Degree and 5 years related experience. Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL server, Microsoft Access, Light experience with Oracle, Sybase, DB2, and open source database platforms, experience with both Microsoft Windows and Unix-type operating systems, SML, ODBC, and JDBC. Strong problem solving skills and inherent decision making ability. Working with knowledge of HL7 standards, project management skills, strong dedication to deliver quality customer service in a timely manner, good human relations and oral/written communications skills in technical and non-technical areas. Experience with FTP and other transfer protocols and 1-2 years PC and network support experience. This position is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining all hospital interfaces. Responsible for the development and ongoing support of custom report queries as needed for interfaces to external vendors. This position is responsible for the identification, analyzation and resolution of all interface related issues and problems.
