EMS-(1)-EMS-Paramedic-(FT; M-Thurs 8p-8a & weekend) - Applicant must be certified by the state of SC. EMT-Paramedic, ACLS, PALS, & BLS certification required. Provides basic and advanced life support to the critically ill and injured, and transports patient(s) to a medical facility.

(1)-EMS-Supervisor-(FT; 1st Shift) Applicant must be certified by the state of SC as an Advanced EMT-P. The paramedic provides basic & advanced life support to the critically ill and injured, and transports patients to a medical facility. ACLS, PALS, and BLS certification required; Certified as an EMT-P.

OPERATING ROOM

(1) Surgical Technologist (FT 6a-3p) with call- The ORT assists the surgeon in performing various surgical procedures.  Tech must work effectively with the physicians, clients and peers possessing tact, discretion and diplomacy.  The ability to work under pressure is a must.  Applicant must have completed a surgical technician program and certification.    Current BLS certification required.

(1) RN-OR Nurse (FT-6:30a-3p; plus call) 5,000 Sign on Bonus & 5,000 Retention Bonus-Current license to practice as an RN in the state of SC. Current BLS certification. At least 6-months nursing experience in an acute care setting; 1 year surgical unit experience. The RN working in the OR and recovery room will have the knowledge of current trends and techniques in perioperative nursing as evidenced by the credentialing of the department. Must work effectively with the physicians, patients & peers possessing tact, discretion, and diplomacy.

Little Mtn Office-(2) LPN’s (1-FT-1st shift) & (1-PRN as needed)-Applicant must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, due experience is preferred. Current license to practice as a LPN in the state of SC; current BLS certification required. Clinical experience in physician practice preferred; knowledge of current trends and the practice required. Professional conduct, organizational skills, communication skills, an effort are desired. Prescribes interventions, delegates tasks and coordinates care of assigned patients. Provides individualized patient care using the nursing process with age appropriate assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Emergency Department- (1) Director (FT) - Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with current SC RN, BSN License.  Current BLS and ACLS & PALS certification required.   Minimum of   (2) yrs. nursing supervisory experience in an acute care hospital setting required. The candidate must be able to lead change. They would have responsibility of the budget with oversight from the CNO. The candidate is responsible for staffing and management of personnel assigned. This person would also do all reviews and evaluations of the team. The candidate would need to have a proven track record of leadership.  They must be a good mentor and trainer. They must be able to communicate well with the team.  They will be responsible for overseeing the utilization of all resources, for performance improvement and operations, and for providing a safe environment.  The candidate will manage and direct staff to ensure cost and quality is maintained as well as improve patient satisfaction and actively participate in outstanding customer service. Relocation assistance provided.

(1)-RN (FT; 7p-7a)-Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; must be licensed as a registered nurse in the state of SC. Current BLS, ACLS, & PALS certification required. Clinical care experience in an acute care environment preferred. Under the supervision of manager, prescribes interventions, delegates tasks, and coordinates care.

Med/Surg- (1) RN (FT 7p-7a) - Applicant must have current license to practice as a RN in the state of SC. Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Clinical experience in an acute care environment preferred. High level of interpersonal skills needed in order to ensure patient cooperation with the medical & nursing plan of care; ability to effectively communicate, both verbally & in writing and cope with high stress levels.. Must prescribe interventions, delegates tasks, and coordinates care of assigned patients. Gives direction and supervision to ancillary staff and gives individualized patient care

IT (1) Clinical Informatics Analyst-(FT; 8:30a-5p)-At least 2 years licensed clinical experience; (RN/LPN preferred); Understanding and knowledge of hospital or clinical EMR systems, Meditech preferred. Ability to develop and work with providers and other clinical personnel; analyzes, develops, implements and maintains clinical information and information systems in an effort to support the clinical practice for nursing, medical staff, ambulatory providers and other clinical departments.

Respiratory-(2)-Respiratory Therapist-

(1) (FT-36 7p-7a) - Applicant must have a current BLS & RRT certification required; ACLS preferred. The respiratory therapist must provide high quality respiratory care to patients. 1-2 years acute care experience preferred. Administer oxygen, aerosol treatments, ventilator management, incentive spirometry, and MDI.

(1) (PRN as needed) - The respiratory care technician provides high quality respiratory care to patients. 1-2 years acute care experience preferred. CRT & RRT certification preferred.

Patient Access- (1) FT-ER Registrar (1st & 3rd Shift) - Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent. The ER registrar must complete and accurate registration, insurance verification & upfront collection. Provides good customer service and works well with other departments to ensure the needs of the patient(s) and family are met. Excellent computer, communication, and organization skills are required. Previous medical office/registration experience, medical terminology strongly preferred. Must be able to work holidays, weekends and rotating shifts.

Exercise Trainer- (1) (PT-8a-12p every Saturday & as needed) - Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent. CPR certification required. Exercise science courses preferred. Cardiac rehab and wellness experience desired; resistance training experience preferred. The exercise trainer works with Heart FIT participants; orienting, leading exercise sessions, establishing safe individualized resistance/strength training program, and monitoring for safe compliance. Assists clients to optimal activity level safely.

Patient Financial Services

(1)-Patient Account Representative (FT 8a-4:30p M-F).  High School Diploma or GED required.  Demonstrates exceptional customer services relations. Applicant must demonstrate strong abilities in math.  Bi-lingual a plus. Responsible for all insurance follow-up, collections and financial inquires on patient accounts to ensure timely reimbursements which include credit reviews, patient inquiries. Prefer applicants who have knowledge of UB04, 1500, and Third Party Payer.

Housekeeper- (1) (PT-2nd Shift; 2:30-11p Thurs-Sun every other week)-High school graduate or equivalent preferred; must be able to read and write. Prior institutional housekeeping experience preferred. Must be able to perform short cycle, repetitive duties under specific instruction. The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning patient rooms, bathrooms, and offices in accordance with prescribed procedures in order to ensure a clean environment and prevent the spread of germs
